Embattled New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo was captured outside the governor’s mansion on his phone, carrying a beer and wrapped in a blanket.

This is laughable.  Whenever I’ve been involved in a scandal, I’ve been practical.  I stay INSIDE with my alcohol and then get naked.  No blankets involved!
