   I say if you don’t want the vaccine, don’t get it. Survival of the fittest.

     I kind of feel the same way! If people don’t want to get it, just leave them the hell alone! I’ve been looking around for it, but I haven’t had much luck. I’m not anti-vaccine and I don’t suffer from trypanophobia. But I’m just a little uncertain about it.

       I have been vaccinated and my Inly regret is I believe I stressed my body out by vaccination followed by medication withdrawal. I believe that’s what led to this outbreak of shingles.

       Stress is what caused by shingles outbreak in 1985. I could almost write a self-help book on dealing with stress, or more importantly, not letting it take control. I often tell people now that all forms of stress are bad for a person’s mental and physical health.
