As all my followers well know, The Chief is always asking the tough questions about our world. For example, how do sexual harassment policies work in adult film production companies? I realize that’s a hard one to think about, but just try. You never know what you’ll come up with!

I don’t know how they actually work, but sexual harassment policies are written to address the manipulation of others using a power and control dynamic whereby someone is forced to do something they don’t want to do because of their gender. If Pizza Man willingly signs a contract to pose for this photo and is adequately compensated for his work, no problem, right? But if he is subjected to catcalls, forced to pose in this way by bosses for their sexual thrills, etc., that is harassment.
